Acceptance of Terms. By using https://roughtoreadygrading.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Our Services. Rough To Ready Grading delivers Grading, Excavation, Sod Installation. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://roughtoreadygrading.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Rough To Ready Grading or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Rough To Ready Grading may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Rough To Ready Grading does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Rough To Ready Grading arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rough To Ready Grading from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by MI law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in MI for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
